CalSPRA Board Brief December 2025
The CalSPRA Extended Board Meeting, held on December 5, 2025, focused on organizational alignment and strategic updates for the 2025-26 term. Dillard highlighted the SSDA Conference presentation scheduled for March 2026 and provided details regarding the semi-annual board retreat. The meeting concluded with a standing call for updates to the Governance Manual, reinforcing the organization's commitment to continuous improvement and sound leadership practices.
