Step into the Accessibility Gym, where common WCAG problem areas take center stage. Attendees will see PDFs, slides, flyers, and screenshots remade live into inclusive, usable documents and learn how to apply the same fixes in their own work.
Just as importantly, we'll focus on the human side: how to approach staff when materials fall short, and how to reframe those conversations as opportunities to build buy-in and shift habits.
Participants will leave with concrete, repeatable strategies they can apply in districts of any size, from one-person offices to large teams. By blending technical skills with interpersonal approaches, this session models how accessibility is not only achievable but essential to IDEA principles. The Accessibility Gym is designed to build both skills and confidence, empowering every communicator to be a WCAG Champion in their own district while advancing equity and access.
